Spis mere frugt og grønt
Det er også vigtigt, at du spiser mere frugt og grønt i hverdagen. Du kan derfor overveje at dyrke æbletræer, gulerødder og krydderurter i haven. Et søjleæbletræ vil pynte flot i haven, og desuden kan det friste familien til at spise flere frugter i hverdagen.
Der findes også mange gode opskrifter med æbler, som kan samle familien i køkkenet. En sprød æbletærte eller en sød æblemarmelade på brød kan være med til at sætte frugterne på menuen.
